5. If the same window regulator does not work from both switches, remove the panel, turn on the window regulator and check the voltage at the switch and the electric motor.
6. If there is voltage on the electric motor, then disconnect the glass from the window regulator and check its free movement up and down. Also check the free movement of the window regulator. If there is no damage and the glass moves freely, then replace the electric motor. Otherwise, lubricate the parts or replace.
7. If there is no voltage on the electric motor, check the wires from the switch to the electric motor. If the circuit includes a relay, check for voltage on the relay and its connection to ground.
