Spare parts can be obtained in a variety of ways, but as a rule, all sources of supply can be reduced to one of two categories. This is either an authorized dealer parts department or an independent parts retailer. Our recommendations for spare parts are as follows.
Spare parts retail stores. In good auto parts stores, you can buy items that are needed quite often due to their relatively rapid wear. These are elements of the clutch, exhaust system, brake system, tuning elements, etc. These stores often sell new or refurbished items on a trade-in basis, saving you a significant amount of money. Often a very good place to buy materials and spare parts needed for general car maintenance, such as oils, lubricants, filters, spark plugs, belts, car enamels, lamps, etc., are auto parts stores that work with a discount system. In addition, they usually sell tools and supplies, have flexible hours, discount prices, and are often close to home.
Parts department of an authorized dealer. This is the best source for parts that are made specifically for your vehicle and are not normally available on the market (for example, the main elements of the engine and gearbox, interior trim panels, some body panels, etc.)
Warranty information. If the car is still under warranty, make sure that the purchased parts, regardless of the source of their purchase, do not invalidate the warranty!
To be sure that you are purchasing the correct replacement parts, indicate the engine number and chassis number when purchasing and, if possible, bring the old parts with you for correct recognition.
