Note: On 1998 and later models, the ignition switch is an integral part of the ignition coil assembly.
To replace the switch on models from 1996 to 1998, proceed as follows:
Turn off the ignition and disconnect the ground wire from the battery.
Disconnect the electrical connector from the switch.
Remove the screws and remove the switch.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
