Remove the trim from the door.

Remove the screw and separate the interior handle from the door (figure 14.34).

On pre-2001 models, disconnect the pull rod from the handle, or on 2001 models, disconnect the cable from the handle, and remove the interior handle from the door.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following:
Fix the dust and moisture protection film, installing it without folds or tears. The surface to which the dust and moisture protective film is applied must be perfectly clean.
