Check the condition of the door hinges by opening the door and lifting it up without lifting the body.
If the door movement is more than 1.6 mm, replace the door hinges.
After installing the door, check that the gap around the perimeter of the door is the same everywhere, and also that the outer surface of the door is on the same level with the rest of the body elements.
To adjust the gap around the perimeter of the door, loosen the bolts securing the door hinges to the door and, moving the door, adjust its position, then tighten the mounting bolts.
If it is impossible to adjust the position of the door in this way, then purchase and place adjusting plates under the hinges.
To install the door flush with the rest of the body, loosen the bolts securing the door hinge to the door and adjust the position of the door, then tighten the bolts.
