Radiator grille
Removal
1. Open the hood.
2. In models produced before 2000, the radiator grille is located on the hood. Working from the inside of the hood, unscrew the nuts securing the radiator grille to the hood (see Figure 13.2).

Using pliers, detach the plastic clips and remove the radiator grille from the hood.
3. On models produced since 2001, unscrew the mounting screws on the top of the grille (see Figure 13.3).

Pull the top of the grille slightly outward and release the clips with a screwdriver. The clips can be released by simply pressing down on their mounting tabs with a screwdriver.
4. After releasing the clips, pull the radiator grille outward and remove it from the vehicle.
Installation
5. Install the grille in the reverse order of its removal.
