Every 5,000 km, or every three months, apply a few drops of light oil or lock lubricant to the hinges and latches on the doors, bonnet and boot.
Door lock latches also need to be coated with a thin layer of grease to reduce wear and ensure free movement. Lubricate door and hood locks with graphite grease.
