The fuel system consists of:
  • fuel tank;
  • electric fuel pump (mounted inside the fuel tank);
  • main injection system relay and fuel pump relay;
  • injectors;
  • pressure regulator;
  • air filter;
  • throttle body.

All vehicles covered in this manual are equipped with an electronic fuel injection system (eFI system), controlled by the processor unit. The system's special feature is the use of the OBDII on-board self-diagnostic system and a mass air flow sensor. The fuel pressure regulator is controlled by a vacuum distribution valve (VSV), which ensures optimal fuel consumption.
