Heating and ventilation are controlled by moving the knobs on the control panel (figure 1.16).
The air temperature control knob allows you to set the desired air temperature in the cabin.
The temperature increases smoothly as you move the handle.

The rear window heating only functions when the ignition is on. When the heating is on, the corresponding indicator lamp located in the switch lights up.
On vehicles with electric adjustment of the position of the outside mirrors, the heating of the mirror surfaces is turned on simultaneously with the turning on of the rear window heating.
As soon as the rear window is free of fog or ice, turn off the heating immediately: reducing power consumption has a positive effect on fuel consumption.
When the air conditioner is operating, the incoming air temperature, fan speed and air flow distribution are automatically changed. To turn on the air conditioner, press the A/C button. The air conditioner only operates when the ventilation is on.
