To adjust the position of the headrest, grasp it with both hands at the sides and slide it up or down (figure 1.25).
To remove the headrest, pull it up until it stops and press the buttons (in the direction of the arrows), remove the headrest.
To install the headrest, push the headrest rods into the guide holes until they click into place, indicating that the lock is engaged.
