Note. Recommended interval: every 24,000 km or 12 months.
The manual transmission does not have an oil level gauge.
Place the vehicle on a lift in a horizontal position.
Remove the lower mudguard of the engine compartment.

Unscrew the filler screw plug 1 (pic. 2.24), located on the front side of the gearbox housing. Use your finger to check the oil level, which should be at the lower edge of the threaded hole.
If necessary, add oil through the oil filler hole.
Replace the filler plug and tighten to 48 Nm. Take a test drive and check for leaks at the screw plug.
