Mark the location and remove the air filter.
Inspect the outside surface of the air filter. If it is dirty, replace the filter. If there is a slight amount of dust on it, blow the filter with compressed air from the inside out and reuse the air filter. Since the air filter is made of paper, it cannot be washed. If cleaning with compressed air fails, replace the filter.
Attention! Never operate a car without an air filter, as dust entering the cylinders with air will lead to accelerated engine wear.
Wipe the inside of the air filter housing and cover.
Install the air filter.
Install the air filter cover and secure it with the spring clips.
