1. Set the wheels to a straight-ahead position.
2. Check the fluid level and restore it if necessary by adding fluid up to the Cold mark on the dipstick.
3. Start the engine and run at fast idle.
4. Check the fluid level.
5. Turn the wheels in both directions until they stop, without hitting the limiter.
6. Check and restore fluid levels.
