Power steering pump for 4-cylinder engine





1. Pump; 2. Vacuum hose; 3. Return hose; 4. Fitting bolt; 5. Pressure tube; 6. Gasket; 7. Belt; 8. Intermediate pulley; 9. Adjusting bolt

Removal and installation



1. Disconnect the battery from ground.

2. Remove the pump belt.



3. Remove the clamp and disconnect the return hose from the pump.





4. Loosen the ring fitting bolt and disconnect the pressure pipe.

5. If the pump is being changed, it is recommended to remove the pulley.



6. Secure the pulley, unscrew the nut and remove the pulley.

7. Loosen the bolts (nuts) and carefully remove the pump.

8. Installation is carried out in reverse order.

9. Bleed the power steering.
