Attention! On cars equipped with an airbag, do not turn the steering wheel after removing the mechanism to avoid damaging the airbag. Secure the steering wheel by putting the seat belt on it and securing it with a buckle.
1. Set the steering wheel to a straight-ahead position and raise the front of the car.
2. Disconnect the tie rod ends from the knuckles.
3. Remove 10 bolts and remove the lower engine shield.
4. Remove the stabilizer.

5. Mark the position of the intermediate shaft and unscrew the universal joint spline coupling clamp bolt (the arrows indicate the bolts of the hinge coupling and the pipe fittings).

9. If the steering shaft has accidentally turned, remove the steering wheel and center the airbag wire coil.
10. Then assembly is carried out in reverse order.
11. Tighten the bolts and nuts to the specified torque and bleed the power steering.
