Caution! Before replacing the bulb, remove the ground cable from the battery.
Caution! Remember: if the lamp has just been lit, it may be too hot.
Caution: Before replacing a bulb, check the corresponding electrical circuit and fuse.
Caution! Do not touch the glass bulb of the lamp with bare hands. Grease stains on the lamp lead to darkening of the bulb and rapid failure of the lamp. Be sure to replace defective lamps with lamps of the same type. Wipe off any grease stains that may appear due to carelessness with a clean, lint-free cloth or alcohol
Replace the front turn signal bulb as follows.

Remove the screw securing the front turn signal glass and move the glass aside to access the bulb (figure 15.53).
Turn the socket with the bulb counterclockwise and remove it together with the bulb from the turn signal. Remove the lamp from the socket.
Install the lamp in the reverse order of removal.
Replacing taillight bulbs on pre-2001 models
Open the tailgate, remove the screw and remove the decorative cover located under the taillight.
Remove the 2 screws located at the bottom of the light and separate the light from the body.
Turn the socket with the burnt-out bulb counterclockwise and remove it together with the bulb from the rear light. Remove the lamp from the socket.
Install the lamp in the reverse order of removal.
Replacing taillight bulbs on 2001 and later models
Remove the cover located opposite the lamp.

Turn the socket with the bulb counterclockwise and remove it together with the bulb from the rear light (figure 15.54). Remove the lamp from the socket.
Install the lamp in the reverse order of removal.
Replacing the high-mounted brake light bulb
Open the tailgate and remove the plastic cover covering the high-mounted brake light.

Turn the socket with the bulb counterclockwise and remove it together with the bulb from the rear light (figure 15.55). Pull the bulb out of the socket.
Install the lamp in the reverse order of removal.
Replacing the instrument cluster illumination lamp
Remove the instrument cluster.
From the back of the instrument cluster, turn the bulb holder counterclockwise and remove it from the instrument cluster board.
Pull the lamp out of the holder.
Install the lamp in the reverse order of removal.
Replacing the front interior light bulb

Use a screwdriver blade to remove the front interior light glass (figure 15.56).
Remove the lamp from the contact clamps. To avoid damaging the lamp, remove it by the side contacts
Install the lamp in the reverse order of removal.
Replacing the license plate light bulb

Using a thin screwdriver, press the 2 fasteners and remove the license plate light from the tailgate (figure 15.57).
Turn the bulb holder and remove it from the license plate light, then remove the bulb from the holder.
Install the lamp in the reverse order of removal.
Replacing the fog light bulb
Raise the car on a lift.
To access the fog lights, remove the front wheels and front wheel arch mudguards.

Turn the socket and remove it from the fog light, then remove the bulb from the socket (figure 15.58).
