Place the vehicle on a lift in a horizontal position.

Place a container to collect the oil under the drain plug in the rear final drive. Unscrew the drain plug 2 (see Figure 2.27). After draining the oil, replace the plug.
Unscrew the filler plug 1 (see Figure 2.27) from the rear main gear housing.
Fill the oil through the hole to its lower edge.
Tighten the filler cap.
Take a test drive and check for leaks through the screw plugs.
