Replacing the output shaft seal (rear wheel drive) (A540N) [Toyota Corona T190]

1. Drain the transmission fluid.

2. Remove the driveshaft.

3. Using a puller, remove the output shaft seal.



4. Install the output shaft seal

• a) Lubricate the working edge of the seal with consistent grease
• b) Using a drift, install a new seal.

5. Install the driveshaft.

6. Fill the transfer case with oil.
