"START" — Turning on the starter. The key will return to the "ON" position when released.
"ON" — Turns on the ignition (engine power supply) and auxiliary equipment. This is a normal driving position.
"ACC" - Auxiliary consumers, such as the radio, are working, but the ignition is off.
If you leave the key in the "ACC" or "LOCK" position and open the driver's door, an audible signal will remind you to remove the key from the lock.
"LOCK" - Auxiliary consumers are switched off and the steering wheel is locked. The key can only be removed from the lock in this position.
Note: To turn the key from the "ACC" position to the "LOCK" position, it must be pressed. On vehicles with automatic transmission, the selector lever must be in the "P" position before pressing the key.
Models with immobilizer
If you remove the key from the lock, the immobilizer will turn on automatically.
