1. Place for determining the backlash of the pusher (freewheel); 2. Pedal height adjustment place; 3. Pedal height; 4. Free running
Check and adjustment
1. Remove the mat to gain access to the noise floor.
2. Check the distance of the pedal from the floor.
3. To adjust, remove the bottom trim, loosen the locknut and turn the bolt to adjust the pedal height. Tighten locknut.
4. Check the free play, i.e. the distance from the position of the fully released pedal to the place where resistance to its movement begins to be felt.
5. To adjust, loosen the pusher locknut and rotate the pusher to adjust the pedal travel. Tighten locknut.
6. Again check the height and free play of the pedal. Adjust if necessary.
7. Check clutch lock switch adjustment.
