1. Check the correct height of the pedal and free travel of the pusher.
  • Pedal height - 178 mm
  • Free travel of the pusher on the top of the pedal - 1 - 5 mm

In case of deviation from the specified values, it is necessary to adjust the height of the pedal and the amount of free travel of the pusher.

2 - Pedal height adjustment point,
3 - Free travel of the push rod,
4 - Steering column,
5 - Floor level on the upper surface of the panel,
6 - Pedal height.


2. Adjusting the pedal height and the amount of free travel of the pusher.

a) After loosening the lock nut, rotate the limit bolt until the correct value is obtained. Tighten the lock nut.

b) After loosening the lock nut, rotate the tappet until the correct tappet free play is obtained. Tighten the lock nut.

3. Check the amount of free travel of the clutch pedal.

While pressing the pedal, lower it until you begin to feel resistance to movement.
  • Pedal free travel - 5-15 mm

4. Adjusting the free travel of the clutch pedal.

a) After loosening the lock nut, rotate the push rod until the correct free play value is obtained.

b) Tighten the lock nut. After adjusting the pedal free play, check the pedal height.
