Caution: If the vehicle is equipped with electronically controlled air suspension, turn off the height control switch before raising the vehicle.
2. Open the hood.
3. Release the fastening elements and remove the locker (Fig. 11.3).
4. Disconnect the front bumper trim from the wing to be removed (see paragraph 11).
5. Working from the inside, remove the element securing the wing to the body (Fig. 12.5).

6. If you are removing the passenger side fender, remove the radio antenna (see chapter 12).
7. Open the front door and unscrew the upper bolt securing the wing to the body (Fig. 12.7).

8. Unscrew the lower bolts securing the wing to the body (Fig. 12.8).

9. Unscrew the upper wing mounting bolts (Fig. 12.9).

10. Remove the fender. Have an assistant support the fender as you remove it from the vehicle to prevent damage to adjacent body panels.
11. Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal. After final tightening of the wing mounting bolts, check the position of the wing relative to the hood and the front edge of the door.
