Caution: If the vehicle is equipped with electronically controlled air suspension, turn off the ride height control switch.
2. Remove the check/filler plug, then remove the drain plug and drain the transmission oil (Fig. 25.2).

3. Replace the drain plug and tighten it securely.
4. Fill with new transmission oil up to the bottom edge of the filler hole (see section 4). The brand of the prescribed oil is indicated in the paragraph "Recommended operating fluids and lubricants".
5. Replace the filler/level plug and tighten it securely.
