If the scratch is shallow and does not reach the metal, proceed as follows:
Wipe the area around the scratch with paint refresher or fine abrasive paste.
Rinse the surface with clean water.
Apply a thin layer of paint to the scratch with a brush and let it dry. Continue to apply paint to the level of the paintwork surface.
Allow the paint to cure for 2 weeks and then polish the area of the body surface with wax paste.
If the scratch, damaging the paint, has penetrated the body metal, proceed as follows:
With the tip of a sharp knife, remove the rust from the scratch.
Apply rust converter as directed.
Apply putty paste to the scratch with a spatula.
After it is completely dry, paint over and polish the damaged area.
