Remove the spring.
Loosen the bolts and remove the brake pipe and parking brake cable brackets from the rear trailing arm.
Remove the rear wheel hub along with the bearing. Remove the rear brake protective casing from the trailing arm, together with the brake pads and soft wire, fasten to the body.

Use paint or marker to mark the position of the adjusting cam that determines the relative position of the trailing arm and bracket (pic. 12.24).
Remove the pivot bolt and separate the rear suspension trailing arm from the bracket.
Check the condition of the bushing for wear, delamination and hardening of the rubber. If necessary, have the bushing replaced at a service station.
Install in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following.
In accordance with the previously marked marks, install the adjusting cam that determines the relative position of the trailing arm and bracket.
Before tightening the trailing arm-to-bracket pivot bolt, jack up the rear of the arm to bring the arm to the position it should be in when the vehicle is on wheels.
In this position of the lever, tighten all the nuts and bolts of the rear suspension.
Check and, if necessary, adjust the rear wheel alignment.
