Caution: Be careful not to touch the hot heater radiator pipes.
Carefully turn back the floor mat until the filter cover is exposed. Pull the cover to open, pressing on the cover clips.
Pull the bottom of the tab and remove the lower filter from the filter outlet.
Remove the top filter by pulling down on its tab and then pulling it out.
Check the surface of the filter facing the front of the vehicle.
If it is only slightly dusty, the filter can be cleaned by blowing compressed air from the back. Do not wash or oil the filter. If the filter is dirty, it must be replaced.
