Turn signal and alarm breaker
Examination
1. The breaker is mounted in the relay and fuse box in the passenger compartment
2. Normal operation of the interrupter is accompanied by clicks. If one of the direction indicators does not work, and clicks are not heard, then the lamps should be checked.
3. If both indicators do not work, then the cause is a blown fuse (located in the interior fuse box), malfunction of the breaker, switch or loose contacts. If the fuse is blown, then check for a short circuit in the wiring, and only after this check, install a new fuse.
Replacement
Breaker
1. To replace the breaker, remove it from the block in the passenger compartment fuse box.
2. Make sure that the new breaker exactly matches the one being replaced.
3. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
Hazard switch
4. Pry and remove the switch from the front bulkhead and disconnect the connector.
5. Check for continuity between pins 2 and 3 (this is the lighting circuit). Move the switch to the off position (turned off) and check for continuity between terminals 7 and 10. Turn the switch to the On position (included) and check for continuity between pins 5, 6 and 9 and pins 7 and 8.
6. If results of check negative replace the switch.
