Fluid replacement and flushing



1. Place a container under the radiator drain plug.

2. Unscrew the radiator cap and drain the liquid into a container.

3. Place a container under the cylinder block drain plug, unscrew the plug and drain the liquid.

4. Check and replace damaged cooling system hoses if necessary.

5. Rinse the radiator with a stream of clean water, if necessary, rinse with a special detergent.

6. Disconnect the tank hose, drain the liquid, rinse the tank and put on the hose.

7. Tighten both drain plugs.

8. Move the heater lever to the maximum heat output position.

9. Pour in the liquid (in a 50/50 ratio of water and antifreeze) to the bottom mark of the tank.

10. Without plugging the radiator, warm up the engine until the liquid flows out.

11. Stop the engine and after cooling down, fill the liquid to the edge of the neck. Screw in the plug.

12. Start the engine and check for leaks.
