1. Check the gap in the new spark plugs. If necessary, bend the side electrode to adjust the gap.
2. Disconnect the wires by holding the lugs.
Attention! On 3.4L V6 engines that do not have a distributor, remove the appropriate ignition coils to access the spark plugs.
3. Clean the areas next to the candles and turn the candles inside out.
4. Check the turned out candles and determine the condition of the engine.
5. Lubricate the threads of the new spark plugs with a sticky compound, put a piece of hose on the spark plug and carefully wrap the spark plug. Tighten the spark plug to the specified torque.
6. Dress the wires by slightly rotating the lugs and applying pressure on them.
