Note: filter replacement (or washing it, if possible) must be carried out at each replacement of the working fluid.
1. Wash the outer surfaces of the gearbox housing.
2. Unscrew the drain plug and drain the working fluid into a suitable container.
Plug tightening torque during installation.
- All except A123L - 17 Nm
- A132L - 49 Nm
3. Turn away bolts of fastening of the pallet.
Note: some liquid always remains in the sump. Do not damage the fill tube.
- Tightening torque during installation - 5 Nm
4. Clear the pallet of dirt.
By particles that have fallen into the sump, it is possible to determine which gearbox element is wearing out:
- steel particles (magnetic) - Bearings, gears and discs wear out.
- brass particles (not magnetic) - bushings.
When installing, make sure that the magnets located in the sump do not rest against the oil pipes.
5. Remove the oil pipe bracket and filter.
- Bolt tightening torque - 10 Nm
Note: the numbers in the pictures indicate the lengths of the bolts (in mm).
