Attention! In case of serious damage, it is recommended to replace the caliper.

Removal

1. Loosen the wheel nuts, lift the car and place it on stands. Remove the wheels.

2. Remove about 2/3 of the liquid from the reservoir (to prevent overflow when diluting the pads). Clean the caliper and surrounding parts.

3. If the caliper is going to be changed, then unscrew the nut of the hydraulic drive nipple (the fitting bolts are indicated by arrows).

4. Unscrew the bolts and remove the caliper. If a ridge has formed in the disk due to wear, remove the pads first.

5. Replace the caliper if signs of leakage are detected.

Installation

6. Assembly is performed in reverse order. Tighten the caliper bolts to the specified torque. Remove air from the hydraulic drive (if you figured it out).
