Distributor
1. Lid; 2. Runner; 3. Cover; 4. Distributor housing; 5. Coil; 6. Capacitor; 7. Inductive sensor; 8. Dustproof cabin
Removal and installation
1. Disconnect the battery from ground.
2. Disconnect the connectors from the distributor.
3. Find the mark of the 1st cylinder output on the cover. If there is no mark on the cover, then find the corresponding output along the wire from the 1st cylinder.
4. Remove the distributor cap, turn the crankshaft and install the runner opposite the terminal of the 1st cylinder.

5. Place a mark on the lower distributor housing just below the rotor pointer (indicated by the arrow).

6. Also mark the position of the distributor housing on the cylinder head (shown by arrows).
7. If the mounting is provided with two bolts with shoulders on the flange, then loosen these bolts (to ensure free movement of the distributor shaft) but don't turn away completely.
8. Loosen the distributor mounting bolt, then move the distributor horizontally and remove it. Turning the crankshaft after removing the distributor is not allowed. If the crankshaft was turned, set the piston of the 1st cylinder to TDC of the compression stroke and orient the runner and the distributor housing.

9. Align the notch on the distributor gear with the groove on the housing.

10. Insert the distributor into the engine, precisely orienting the housing according to the marks applied.
11. If the distributor does not fit in place, recheck the marks made before disassembly. Install the distributor exactly according to these marks.
