Windscreen wipers and washer: 1 - windshield wiper arm, 2 - ventilation grille, 3 - seal, 4 - windshield wiper drive assembly, 5 - windshield wiper drive electric motor, 6 - washer nozzles
Removal the windshield wiper
1. Remove the following parts:
- a) Windscreen wiper arms.
- b) The ventilation grille of the car hood.
2. Remove the wiper motor
- a) Disconnect the connector, then remove the three bolts.
- b) Remove the wiper motor with the rod.
Installing a Windshield Wiper
1. Install the following parts:
- a) Electric motor of the cleaner with traction.
- b) Hood ventilation grille.
2 Install the windshield wiper arms.
- a) Install the wiper arms, then turn the wiper on and off.
- b) Check the distances "A" and "B" shown in the figure and adjust the position of the wiper arms if necessary.
- And approximately 30 mm
- Approximately 29 mm
- e) Tighten the nut. Tightening torque 22 Nm.
Removal the rear door wiper
Note: When removing and installing, refer to the assembly drawing "Tailgate".
1. Remove the wiper arm.
2. Remove the tailgate trim.
3. Remove the windshield wiper motor.
- a) Disconnect the connector, then unscrew the mounting bolts.
- b) Remove the electric motor.
Installing the rear door wiper
1. Install the following parts-
- a) Windscreen wiper motor.
- b) Tailgate trim.
2. Install the wiper arm
- a) Install the wiper arm, then turn the wiper on and off.
- b) Check the distance shown in the figure and adjust the wiper arm if necessary. CALDINA: approximately 30 mm.
- c) Tighten the nut. Tightening torque 5.4 Nm.
