Windshield: 1 - sun visor, 2 - holders, 3 - interior mirror, 4 - windshield, 5 - gasket, 6 - stopper, 7 - top molding, 8 - A-pillar top trim, 9 - wiper arm, 10 - lower molding, 11 - ventilation grille
1. Remove the following parts:
- A) Interior mirror
- b) Sun visors and holders.
- V) Handle.
- G) Upper finishes of the front pillars.
- d) (CORONA, CALDINA) Hood.
- e) Windshield wipers.
- and) Hood ventilation grill.
2. Remove the windshield molding.
3. Remove the windshield.
- A) Pull the string from the saloon.
- b) Fasten the ends of the string to wooden blocks.
Note: Apply adhesive tape to the outer surface of the windshield to avoid scratching the surface.
Caution: When removing the glass, take care not to damage the painted surfaces and finishes. To avoid damaging the panel when removing the windshield, place a plastic sheet between the string and the panel.
- V) Use a string to cut off the layer of glue.
- G) Remove glass.
Attention: when cutting, leave as much glue as possible on the body.
