Circuit breaker test
1. Check the conductivity of the switch according to the table.
If the conductivity is not as described, replace the switch.
2. Checking the indicator lamps for turning on the heater.
- A) Connect the battery to the terminals "2" (+) And "6" (-) switch connector.
- b) Set the switch to position "HI" (strong heating) or "LO" (weak heating). Check that the indicator lamp lights up on the pressed side of the switch. If the operation is not as described, replace the switch.
Checking the seat heater
1. Checking the seat cushion heater.
- A) Heat 2 thermostats with an electric lamp. Check that the conclusions "1" And "2" no conductivity at temperatures above 45°C.
- b) Cool thermostats to below 25°C. Check for continuity between terminals "1" And "2".
- V) Check for continuity between terminals "1" And "3".
2. Checking the seat back heater.
Check for continuity between terminals "1" And "2".
If the conductivity is not as described, replace the heater.
