Checking oil pressure [Toyota Corona T190]

1. Unscrew the emergency oil pressure sensor and install a pressure gauge in its place.



2. Warm up the engine to normal operating temperature.

3. Make sure the oil pressure at idle is.

• At minimum rotation speed - not less than 0.3 bar
• At 3000 rpm - 2.5-5.0 bar

4. Remove the pressure gauge and install the emergency oil pressure sensor, having first applied sealant to 2-3 turns.

5. Start the engine and check for oil leaks

6. Check the oil level.
