Note: Be sure to read the diagnostic code before removing the terminals from the battery.
2. When installing the battery, do not reverse the polarity.
3. Do not hit the elements of the fuel injection system and especially the electronic control unit.
4. Be careful when troubleshooting, with a large number of transistor circuits, even light careless touching of the output contacts can cause serious damage.
5. Do not open the cover of the electronic control box.
6. When operating in rainy weather, keep the electronic controls away from water. The same should be done when washing the engine.
7. Replacement of spare parts should be carried out only with similar ones.
8. Be careful when disconnecting and connecting electrical wiring connectors.
- A) When undocking, loosen the latch by pressing on its spring and the body.
- b) When connecting, fully insert the connector and make sure it is locked (fixed).
9. When checking the connector with a tester.
- A) If the waterproof connector is being tested, the protective cover must be carefully removed.
- b) When testing resistance, current, or voltage, always insert the tester probe from the wire side.
- V) Do not use excessive force.
- G) After checking, firmly install the protective cover on the connector.
10. When checking injectors, cold start injectors and their connectors, use special tools (special diagnostic cables).
