The control system includes: an oil pump, a valve block, electromagnetic valves (solenoids), hydraulic accumulators, clutches and brakes.
The main pressure in the system is created by the oil pump, it is regulated depending on the load and speed of the car, and ensures the operation of the torque converter, locking clutches and brakes. The switching valves control the flow of fluid that enters the torque converter and planetary gearbox.
The A241L valve block has one solenoid valve, which is used to control the step-up planetary gear set.
The A240E, A241E, A245E valve block contains three solenoids No.1, No.2, used for gear shifting, and No.3, which controls the torque converter lockup clutch. The A245E valve block has an additional solenoid for controlling the quality of the torque converter lockup.
