Clutch master cylinder (except for engine 2C): 1 - filler cap, 2 - float, 3 - expansion tank, 4 - sealing ring, 5 - rod, 6 - cotter pin, 7 - fork axle, 8 - fork, 9 - piston stopper (Models up to 96.), 10 - piston with spring, 11 - master cylinder body, 12 - split pin, 13 - washer, 14 - retaining ring, 15 - dust cover
Clutch master cylinder (models up to 96 with 2C engine): 1 - filler cap, 2 - float, 3 - expansion tank, 4 - sealing ring, 5 - rod, 6 - cotter pin, 7 - fork axle, 8 - fork, 9 - piston stopper, 10 - piston with spring, 11 - master cylinder body, 12 - damper, 13 - washer, 14 - split pin
1. Remove the plug.
2. Remove the expansion tank.
- a) Using a punch and hammer, knock out the spring pin
- b) Remove the tank and sealing ring.
3. Remove the rod.
(Models up to 96.) Using a screwdriver, remove the piston stopper.
(Models since 1996.) Slide the boot back, remove the retaining ring and remove the piston rod.

4. Remove the piston.
