1. Remove belts and crankshaft pulley.
2. Determine the oil seal pressing depth, then carefully remove the oil seal from the oil pump housing by prying it with a screwdriver or a special tool.
3. Clean the oil seal hole in the oil pump housing and lightly coat the outside and lip of the new oil seal with engine oil.
4. Carefully, without distortion, press the new oil seal into place using a mandrel with a diameter slightly smaller than the diameter of the oil seal. After installation, make sure that the packing spring is not damaged.
5. Install the rest of the parts in reverse order.
