Front Crankshaft Oil Seal — Replacement [Toyota Camry XV20]

1. Remove the timing belt and crankshaft sprocket.



2. Remove the seal using a screwdriver or a special tool.



3. The seal will be much easier to remove if you carefully trim its edge.

4. Clean the oil seal seat. Lubricate the new oil seal with engine oil.



5. Press the new seal into the socket.

6. Install the remaining parts and test the engine operation.
