1. Check tire wear and tire pressure when cold.



2. Check the axial clearance of the hub bearings.

3. Check the wheel runout. Runout:
  • Models before 96: less than 3.0 mm
  • Models from 96: less than 1.0 mm



4. Check the reliability of the suspension parts fastening.

5. Check the condition of the steering rods.

6. Check the correct operation of the shock absorbers.

7. Measure the vehicle's ride height.

Note:
  • Front Suspension: Measure the distance from the ground to the center of the front lower control arm mounting bolt.
  • Rear suspension: Measure the distance from the ground to the center of the trailing arm mounting bolt. Before checking the wheel alignment, adjust the ride height to the specified standards. If the ride height is not within the specified standards, try to adjust it by pushing down on the body or lifting the body up.
