Replacing the hub bolt [Toyota Corona T190]

1. Jack up the car, remove the front wheel.

2. Remove the caliper assembly and brake disc.

3. Using a special tool, unscrew the hub bolt.

4. Install the hub bolt.
  • a) Install the washer and nut onto the hub bolt as shown in the figure.


  • b) Tighten the nut and install the bolt.

5. Install the brake disc and caliper assembly. Tightening torque 94 Nm.

6. Install the front wheel and lower the vehicle. Tightening torque 103 Nm.
