Front axle hub assembly [Toyota Corona T190]

1. Install the bearing

• a) Using a special tool and a press, install a new bearing into the steering knuckle.

• 6) Using the special tool, install the new retaining ring.

2. Install the mudguard and tighten the 4 bolts. Tightening torque 8.3 Nm.

3. Using a special tool and a press, install the hub.



4. Install the lower ball joint.

• a) Install the lower ball joint and tighten the nut. Tightening torque 123 Nm.

• 6) Install a new cotter pin.

5. Using the special tool and a hammer, install the new boot.

Note: When installing, align the holes for the speed sensor (ABS) in the dust cover and in the steering knuckle.
