2. Remove the motor protection.
3. (Models since 96) Remove the muffler intake pipe.
- A) Remove the two bolts and remove the exhaust gas temperature sensor and gasket.
- b) Remove the two bolts and remove the springs and gasket.
- V) Remove the two bolts from the muffler exhaust pipe bracket.
- G) Remove the two bolts and nuts and remove the muffler exhaust pipe with gasket.
4. (Models up to 96) Loosen the locknut.
- A) Remove cotter pin and locknut cap.
- b) Loosen the locknut with the brake pedal depressed and unscrew it.
5. Disconnect the tie rod end.
- A) Remove the cotter pin and unscrew the nut.
- b) Using a puller, disconnect the tie rod end from the steering knuckle.
6. Disconnect the anti-roll bar from the lower arm.
7. Turn away a bolt and two nuts and disconnect the lower spherical support from the lower lever.
8. (Models up to 96) Except models with automatic transmission (left-hand side). Remove the lower arm.
(Models since 96) Disconnect the following parts:
- intermediate shaft No. 2,
- injection pipeline,
- return pipeline,
- pipe clamp bracket.
9. (Models up to 96) Models with automatic transmission (left-hand side) Remove the cross beam.
- A) Disconnect the return hose from the tank and drain the working fluid.
- b) Disconnect the pressure and return pipelines.
- V) Mark the universal joint and worm with pilot valve.
- G) Disconnect the universal joint.
- d) Disconnect the oxygen sensor connector and remove the muffler downpipe.
- e) Disconnect the return hose.
- and) Place a jack under the gearbox.
- h) Remove the beam of the central support of the engine mount.
- And) Loosen the power steering oil cooler tube clamp bolt.
- To) Remove the nut and bolt from the rear engine mount.
- l) Place a jack under the cross beam.
- And) Turn away three bolts and remove a cross beam of a suspension bracket with the left bottom lever.
10. (Models since 96) Remove the transverse beam and beam of the central support of the engine mount.
- A) Hang the engine. Loosen the bolt on the front side of the lower arm.
Note: do not remove the bolt.
- b) Unscrew the two bolts and remove the protection of the beam of the central support of the engine mount.
- V) Remove two plugs.
- G) Remove 5 bolts.
- d) Remove three plugs.
- e) Unscrew the three bolts and remove the beam of the central support of the engine mount.
- and) Loosen the bolt and two nuts.
- h) Place a jack under the cross beam.
- And) Turn away 6 bolts and remove a cross beam in gathering with the steering mechanism.
11. (Models up to 96) Remove the left lower suspension arm.
(Models since 96) Remove the lower arm.
- A) Using a copper rod and a hammer, remove the bushing.
- b) Remove the bolt and disconnect the lower arm.
- V) Loosen the bolt and remove the bush holder from the lower arm.
