For a description of this procedure, please refer to chapter 2A, but keep in mind that the V6 engine does not have a gasket between the oil seal housing and the cylinder block. Instead, apply a 2-3 mm wide bead of anaerobic sealant to the housing flange before installing the housing to the cylinder block. Also, use the tightening torque values specified in Specifications at the beginning of this chapter.
