Headlight control relay [Toyota Dyna Y50]

1. Checking the conductivity of the relay circuits.

a) Check for conductivity between terminals 1 and 2.

b) Check for conductivity between terminals 3 and 4.

c) Check for continuity between terminals 1 and 4.



If the test results are negative, replace the relay.

2. Checking the operation of the relay.

a) Connect the battery to terminals 1 and 2 of the relay.

b) Check for conductivity between terminals 3 and 4.

c) Check for continuity between terminals 1 and 4.

If the test results are negative, replace the relay.
