a) Connect the battery to terminals 3 (+) and 2 (-) of the breaker.

b) Connect a 55 W incandescent lamp to terminals 1 and 2 of the breaker.
c) Check for lamp flickering.
Note: The flashing frequency should be 75-95 times per minute. If there is a break in the circuit of one lamp of the rear or front indicator, the flashing frequency will be more than 120 times per minute.
If there is a break in the circuit of one of the side repeater lamps, the flashing frequency will increase from the initial one by approximately 10 times per minute.
If the test results are negative, replace the breaker.
