Turning on the thermal fuse [Toyota Dyna Y50]

1. Removing the thermal fuse.

a) Remove the trim panel.

b) Remove the thermal fuse.



2. Return the thermal fuse to working condition.

a) Insert the needle into the fuse hole and press the contact.

b) Using an ohmmeter, check for continuity between the fuse terminals.

If conductivity is not restored, replace the thermal fuse.



3. Installing a thermal fuse

a) Install a thermal fuse

Note: If the fuse trips again, this indicates a short circuit in the protected circuit.


b) Install the overlay panel.
