To turn on the following light signals, turn the headlight/turn signal lever knob.
Position 1 – Parking lights, rear lights, number plate light and instrument panel light.
Position 2 – headlights and all lighting indicated above.
On some models, if you remove the key with the headlights on, a chime will remind you to turn off the lights when you open the driver's door.
Before turning on the headlights, adjust the beam power of the headlights.
High - Low Beam - For high beam, turn on the headlights and push the lever away from you (position 1). To switch to low beam headlights, pull the lever towards you (position 2).
The indicator light (blue) on the instrument panel will indicate that the high beam headlights are on.
Flashing high beam headlights (position 3) – Pull the lever back until it stops. When you release the lever, the high beam headlights will turn off. You can flash the high beam headlights by turning the button to the "OFF" position.
